Hey guys, the photographer has created a GoFundMe for the care and vet bills for this shelter and kitties! Check it out and share please! I’m always thankful for rescues that save and care for special needs animals
The gofundme campaign has gained over $1000 in the last 24 hours, so I’m reblogging again in hopes of keeping the momentum going! A lot of people donating a little bit can make a huge difference, thank you, kind people 😻
I found these two babies under my house one year ago. It was freezing cold outside so I took them inside and learned how to care for them. One year later they’re happy and healthy (and huge)! (X-post from r/aww)
His name is Black and was adopted by the workers of a construction site in Antofagasta, Chile. He was found by some workers near the area, when he was just a kitten, and they decided to take care care of him. The workers loved him and one of the cleaning ladies of the site designed some mini reflective jackets- and other outfits- for him. He was officialy named foreman and had its own access credential to the construction site. I belive the constrution work finished on 2017 and he was adopted by one of the employees.
The Black Footed cat is the smallest wild cat in Africa and one of the smallest wild cats in the world.
Here’s an adult kitty for size comparison:
too smoll
OK but you can’t mention my all-time favorite cat without also mentioning that these little motherfuckers are legendary for being 1000% ready to throw down with anyone at any time, they’ve literally been seen trying to fight a giraffe and are known to successfully bring down sheep by getting underneath them and ripping their bellies open like what the fuck, chill
Their name in Afrikaans means “anthill tiger” because they’ll hide inside a hollowed out anthill and then jump out and try to rip your face off
good morning everyone have an absolutely furious mongoose
It’s cuter when you recognize that the lion with visible spots is a juvenile. There’s a very high chance the other lion that runs over to investigate is the MOTHER.
The first lion is asking for comfort because she was given a big spook!!! and she needs mommy to tell her it’s safe and ok!!!! (What’s cuter is that mommy clearly reassures her, and goes on to take the parent role of ‘deal with the scream rat in order to protect my large and easily frightened daughter’)
My absolute favourite cat ever. This is a manul, or pallas cat. Found in the Afghan mountains, they’re one of the oldest pure-blood cousins of our own goggies.
