the heroic characters in fury road are literally–LITERALLY, I’M NOT IN ANY WAY EXAGGERATING–fifteen women and tom hardy. i can’t believe this is a movie i saw with my eyes in the year of our lord 2015.
don’t forget nicholas hoult plays a naive ‘war boy’ raised in a misogynist society ruled by a patriarch who promises eternal glory to boys who die in battle and at first his character totally buys into all the male power/violence crap but then he gradually realizes he is just a stooge and heroically sides with the women this is a real movie this is a real movie that exists go see it
