When someone says these days sexism and misogyny don’t exist anymore show them this.

Which then feeds into “Well, men get paid more because they get more work done” mentalities. Women get passed over for promotions because they’re seen as less competent at their jobs. Women don’t get the raise because they’re seen as not working as hard.
